Email & Calendar

Connect Gmail to send candidate email and sync Google Calendar so interviews are scheduled in one place.

An applicant tracking system is only as useful as the tools it connects to. When your email, calendar, job boards, and sourcing sit outside the ATS, recruiters lose time copying data between tabs and candidates slip through the cracks. Pitch N Hire is designed to be the hub of your hiring stack instead. Native email sync means every message to and from a candidate is logged to their profile automatically — no bcc, no manual notes. Two-way calendar integration lets you check availability and book interviews without leaving a candidate record. Multi-board distribution turns a single job post into applications across many boards, all normalized into one pipeline with their source tagged so you can see what actually works. And because sourcing (OnJob.io) and AI interviewing (Intuvos) are built into the platform, you have fewer external tools to assemble and maintain in the first place.
A good deal of the manual work disappears without any development at all, which is worth checking before you budget for it. Resume Intake replaces the routine of someone opening a shared careers inbox and keying candidates in by hand — attachments are parsed into your Talent Pool with read-only access to the mailbox. Auto-publishing pushes new roles to OnJob.io and Palify without a per-role step. Email Triggers and per-event notifications, with reminder lead times in minutes, cover much of the chasing that otherwise falls to a coordinator. For content, every careers site carries its own API Key plus generated iframe and script embeds, so live openings can sit inside a marketing site built elsewhere and stay in sync. Integrations — FAQs
Does Pitch N Hire have an API?
Pitch N Hire does not publish a public REST API reference. What is documented is the careers-site API Key, together with an iframe embed for your whole careers page and a script embed for just your job listings, which put live openings on a site built elsewhere and keep them in sync. If you need a data flow beyond that, tell us which systems and which direction the data travels and you will get a straight answer rather than a pointer to documentation that does not exist.
Does Pitch N Hire integrate with Gmail and Outlook?
Yes. Under Settings → Integrations there is a Google Meet/Calendar card and an Outlook/Teams card. Connecting either lets you send candidate email from that mailbox inside Pitch N Hire and syncs the matching calendar, and the card then shows a Connected badge with the connected address. Use Disconnect on the card to revoke access.
Does Pitch N Hire support calendar scheduling and SSO?
Yes to both, and they are configured separately. Connecting a calendar is what powers interview scheduling and event invites, and interview events can carry a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link. Single sign-on lets your team sign in with Google or Microsoft work accounts, restricted to your mapped company domain, with an optional Require SSO switch that turns password sign-in off for everyone.
Which job boards can I post to from Pitch N Hire?
Four are documented: LinkedIn, Foundit (formerly Monster India), OnJob.io and Palify. Each is a card in the Job Portals section with its own connect flow — Palify in one click, OnJob.io with an Auto Publish Jobs toggle, LinkedIn with your Company ID, and Foundit with employer credentials plus Corporation ID, Recruiter ID and API Key. The section is only visible to users who can manage company settings.
Can Pitch N Hire pull resumes from a shared inbox?
Yes. Resume Intake connects a dedicated Gmail or Outlook inbox and parses resume attachments into your Talent Pool, following the same parsing behaviour as a manual upload. Access is read-only — Pitch N Hire reads resume attachments and never modifies your mailbox. Automatic scanning runs periodically, and Scan now reports how many resumes were queued and skipped.
Can Pitch N Hire connect to a tool that isn't listed?
We will not claim a connector that does not exist, so start with what is documented above. For distributing openings somewhere else, the careers-site script embed places your live listings inside any page that accepts a snippet. For anything more specific, contact the team with the tool and the data you need moved, and you will get an honest answer about what is available on your plan.
