Do the HRMS modules share one employee record?
Yes. Every module reads and writes the same employee record, so a promotion, transfer, address change or new bank account is entered once and is immediately correct in payroll, attendance, leave and reporting. That single record is what removes the re-keying and the reconciliation between disconnected systems.
Can we start with only some modules?
Yes. Most teams start with the employee record and one high-friction area — usually payroll or attendance and leave — and add modules as processes settle. Because the modules share a record rather than integrate across systems, adding one later does not require a migration.
