Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Pitch N Hire offers a Free Forever plan for 1 user with no credit card required, so an individual recruiter, founder, or small team can run real hiring on the platform at no cost — and upgrade only when you're ready.
What counts as a user or seat?
A user (or seat) is one person with their own login who can post jobs, review candidates, schedule interviews, and collaborate in your workspace. Paid plans are billed per active user, so you pay for the people on your hiring team — not for candidates or applicants.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — there are no long-term lock-ins. When you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the billing period and can drop back to the Free Forever plan to continue with a single user.
Do you offer annual billing or discounts?
Yes. Paid plans can be billed monthly or annually — the pricing page includes a monthly/annual toggle so you can compare both billing cycles. Annual billing is offered at a lower effective rate than paying month to month.
What are credits?
Some plans use credits as a flexible, pay-for-what-you-use unit for certain actions — for example sourcing on OnJob.io or AI interviews on Intuvos. You buy a credit balance and it's consumed as you use those features, so you scale spend with hiring volume instead of overcommitting. Each plan's credit allowance and per-action consumption are shown on the live pricing tables.
Do I need to talk to sales to start?
No. You can sign up and start free, self-serve, with 1 user and no credit card — no sales call required. Sales-assisted onboarding and custom Enterprise plans are available for larger teams that want a guided rollout, but they're optional.
