For IT services and consulting firms

Win the bid, staff it in days, prove the margin on every deployed head.

IT services hiring is not one funnel — it is bench planning, client submissions, rate cards and subcontractor management running at once. When those live in four systems, the bid goes out on stale availability and the margin leaks after the SOW is signed.

01 What you actually need it to do

Where an IT services firm actually loses money.

Bench

The bid goes out on stale availability

You bid people who rolled off last week, or who never rolled off at all.

The bench lives in a spreadsheet that is accurate on the day it is updated. Availability, notice period, current allocation and skill evidence sit on one record instead, so the person you propose is the person who can actually start.

Skill-evidence search

Find the Kafka person by what they shipped, not by a keyword in a CV.

Availability that is current

Roll-off dates, notice periods and allocation percentage on the record.

Internal mobility first

The bench and past applicants are searched before anyone posts a job.

Redeployment history

Who was proposed where, and why the client said no.

Submissions

Submissions are hand-built and inconsistent

Four consultants reformat the same CV four different ways.

Client-ready packs are generated from the record: masked profile, skill evidence, interview transcript, rate and availability, in the client's preferred format. The same brief produces the same quality of pack whoever builds it.

Generated, then reviewed

A human approves; the AI never sends anything on its own.

Masked where required

Anonymised profiles for clients who mandate blind submission.

Evidence attached

Assessment output and interview transcript travel with the profile.

Hours, not days

Median nine hours from brief to first submission on live accounts.

Margin

Margin leaks after the SOW is signed

The rate was agreed in email and nobody checked it against the card.

Approved rate cards per client, per skill and per level are enforced at submission. Every deployed head carries bill rate, pay rate and effective margin, so you find out about a thin engagement while you can still fix it.

Rate cards enforced

Out-of-band rates need an approval, not a conversation.

Margin per head, live

By client, by practice, by subcontractor — not at quarter close.

Thin-margin alerts

Flag engagements below your floor while they can still be renegotiated.

Timesheet to invoice

Approved hours flow into invoicing without a rekey.

Partners

Subcontractors are ungoverned

Nine partner firms, no idea which three are worth the margin split.

Subcontractors submit into the same workflow as your own recruiters, with live scorecards and duplicate detection across partners. The next brief goes to whoever actually delivers at rate.

Live partner scorecards

Fill rate, submission quality, time to submit, effective margin.

Duplicate detection

Across partners and your own bench, before a fee dispute.

Compliance on file

MSAs, insurance and right-to-work with expiry alerts.

Bench-sharing, controlled

Partners see only the briefs you release to them.

Governance

Client audits ask questions nobody can answer

Enterprise clients audit your hiring, not just your delivery.

Every screening decision carries evidence and a named human. Background-check status, right-to-work and clearance expiry sit on the record, exportable in one pack when the client's vendor-management team asks.

Check status on record

Background, right-to-work and clearance with expiry alerts.

One-click audit pack

Evidence per decision, per deployed head, per engagement.

Residency choice

India, US, EU or UAE, whichever the client contract requires.

Access by engagement

Consultants see the accounts they work, not the whole database.

02 Before and after

One RFP, two ways.

Today

Bench sheet updated weekly; bids go out on last week's availability
Consultants reformat CVs by hand, each in their own template
Rates agreed over email, checked against the card at invoice stage
Nine subcontractors emailing profiles; duplicates found at offer
Margin per engagement known when finance closes the quarter

With Pitch N Hire

Availability, notice and allocation live on one searchable record
Client packs generated with evidence, approved by a human, in hours
Rate cards enforced at submission; exceptions need an approval
Partners submit into one workflow, graded, duplicates caught
Margin per deployed head visible from the day they start
03 Run the numbers

What the bench and the subcontractors are costing you.

Billable heads deployed, and the share you fill through subcontractors today.

The model takes two inputs from you and returns four figures. Here is each figure and the assumption it rests on — we run it on your own numbers on the call rather than publishing a result for a company we have not met.

What the model returnsThe assumption behind it
Margin given away todaySubcontracted heads at a typical ₹2.2L annual margin split

Modelled from platform medians across comparable teams. We will rebuild it on your real data on the call.

Proof

We were subcontracting roles our own bench could cover, because nobody could search the bench. The first month we found eleven people we were already paying and proposed them instead.

Questions

Is this an ATS or a bench management tool?

Both, on one record. The reason IT services firms run two systems is historical: the ATS tracked external applicants and a spreadsheet tracked the bench. Here a person is a person — applicant, bench consultant, redeployment candidate or alumnus — with availability, allocation and skill evidence attached.

Can we submit to clients in their own format?

Yes. Submission packs are templated per client, including masked or anonymised formats where the client mandates blind submission, and the evidence — assessment output, interview transcript, check status — travels with the profile.

How does rate-card governance work?

You load approved rate cards per client, skill and level. At submission the proposed rate is checked against the card; anything outside the band needs a named approval that is recorded. Deployed heads then carry bill rate, pay rate and effective margin live.

Do you handle subcontractor and partner firms?

They submit into the same workflow as your own recruiters, with live scorecards on fill rate, submission quality and effective margin, duplicate detection across partners, and compliance documents on file with expiry alerts.

Will this satisfy an enterprise client's vendor audit?

Every advance or reject carries evidence and a named human decision-maker, background and right-to-work status sit on the record, and the whole trail exports as one pack. Data residency can be pinned to India, the US, the EU or the UAE to match the client contract.

Can we still use your delivery pods for surge quarters?

Yes. Contract and permanent delivery pods run on the same platform, capped at six live briefs per recruiter, and you dial them up for a ramp and down afterwards without changing systems.
