Intellectual Property

The Service or Product and all content, materials, and features available on or through the Service or Product, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, trademarks, Service or Product marks, trade names, and other proprietary information (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property"), are the exclusive property of Pitch And Hire Recruiters Pvt. You shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Intellectual Property or any copies thereof. You shall not use any metatags, hidden text, or other similar techniques that incorporate Pitch And Hire Recruiters Pvt. Ltd.’s name, trademarks, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
You acknowledge and agree that any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions provided by you to Pitch And Hire Recruiters Pvt. Ltd. regarding the Service or Product may be used by Pitch And Hire Recruiters Pvt. Ltd. without any obligation to compensate you for such use.
You shall not engage in any activity that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Pitch And Hire Recruiters Pvt. Ltd., its licensors, or any third party. User Accounts

You represent and warrant that:

You own or control all rights in and to the user-generated content and have the right to grant the license granted above.

Your user-generated content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
