Yes. Pitch N Hire connects to OnJob.io so job postings and candidate activity sync to a wider applicant pool. You manage it from Settings β Integrations β Job Portals: open the OnJob card, switch on Auto Publish Jobs, and roles you create in Pitch N Hire are pushed to OnJob automatically instead of being posted by hand.
OnJob.io is the sourcing side of the Pitch N Hire product family, and it connects like any other job portal. The integration is deliberately thin β one toggle decides whether your jobs travel automatically β so this page covers what that toggle changes and where to find it.
It syncs job postings and candidate activity between Pitch N Hire and OnJob.io so your openings reach a wider applicant pool without a second posting workflow. The connection is made from the Job Portals section of Settings β Integrations, where OnJob.io appears as a card next to LinkedIn, Foundit and Palify.
It is the difference between distribution being a decision you make per role and distribution being the default. With Auto Publish Jobs switched on, jobs created in Pitch N Hire are pushed to OnJob automatically. With it off, the connection exists but your roles do not travel β which is the usual explanation when a team believes the integration is broken but has simply never turned the toggle on.
OnJob.io is part of the Pitch N Hire family rather than an unrelated third-party board β it is the sourcing product alongside the applicant tracking system and the Intuvos interview suite. Practically, that changes nothing about how you connect it: it is configured from the same Job Portals section, with the same card-and-button pattern as every other portal.
On the OnJob.io card, the action button reads Manage Setting before the integration is configured and Update Setting afterwards. Either opens the OnJob dialog holding the Auto Publish Jobs switch. You save with Connect the first time and Update on subsequent visits, so the button wording tells you the current state before you open anything.
Only users who can manage company settings, because the Job Portals section as a whole is permission-gated. If the section does not appear on your Integrations page, no amount of reconnecting will help β an organization admin needs to grant the permission or make the change.
