Pitch N Hire + Job Boards Integration

Pitch N Hire distributes openings through the Job Portals section of Settings β†’ Integrations, which connects four boards: LinkedIn, Foundit, OnJob.io and Palify. Each is a card with its own connect flow β€” one click for Palify, a Company ID for LinkedIn, employer credentials for Foundit β€” and the section is visible only to users who can manage company settings.

This is the overview page for job distribution in Pitch N Hire: which portals are connected, how much each one asks of you, and where to go next. Each portal has its own page with the detail.

01 In detail

Which job boards does Pitch N Hire connect to?

Four, and they are named on the Integrations page: LinkedIn, Foundit, OnJob.io and Palify. Each appears as its own card with a short description and a single action button, and each holds its own connection state, so connecting one has no effect on the others. Teams commonly run several at once.

How is each portal connected?

The effort varies more than you would expect. Palify connects in one click with auto-publishing already enabled. OnJob.io opens a dialog with an Auto Publish Jobs switch. LinkedIn asks for your numeric Company ID and then needs a step on LinkedIn's side. Foundit is the most demanding: a username and password, your registered company name, a Corporation ID, a Recruiter ID and an API Key, all from your Foundit employer account.

Why can't everyone see the Job Portals section?

It is permission-gated. The section only renders for users who can manage company settings, so a recruiter without that permission sees the Integrations page with Email and Calendars and Resume Intake but no job portals. That looks exactly like the feature not existing, which is why it is worth ruling out first β€” the fix is a permission from an organization admin, not a reconnect.

Where do applications from these boards go?

Into your Pitch N Hire pipeline, so inbound candidates are managed in one place rather than in each portal's own employer interface. That is the practical reason to connect a board rather than post on it directly: the applications arrive where the rest of your hiring work already happens.

What if a board you use isn't on the list?

Be clear-eyed about this: the connected portals are the four above, and we are not going to claim a connector that does not exist. If you advertise elsewhere, the careers site gives you two useful routes β€” an iframe embed for the whole careers page and a script embed for just your job listings, both of which stay in sync automatically and can be placed on any site that accepts a snippet. If you need something more specific, tell us what board and what data, and you will get a straight answer.

02 Setup

How to set it up

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Integrations in Pitch N Hire (app.pitchnhire.com/account?submenu=integrations).
  2. Scroll to Job Portals. If the section is missing, ask an organization admin β€” it requires permission to manage company settings.
  3. Connect the portals you use: Palify in one click, LinkedIn with your Company ID, Foundit with credentials plus Corporation ID, Recruiter ID and API Key, and OnJob.io with the Auto Publish Jobs toggle.
  4. Create or open a job and confirm it reaches each connected portal, allowing for LinkedIn's posting delay of up to two business days.

One platform, fewer integrations to maintain

FAQ

Job Boards integration β€” FAQs

Which boards can Pitch N Hire post to?
The Job Portals section documents four: LinkedIn, Foundit, OnJob.io and Palify. Each has its own card and its own connect flow.
Is Foundit the same as Monster India?
Yes β€” Foundit is the job board formerly known as Monster India.
My board isn't in the list β€” what are my options?
The connected portals are the four above. For anywhere else, your careers site has an iframe embed for the whole page and a script embed for just your listings, both of which stay in sync automatically and can go on any site. For anything more specific, contact us with the board and the data flow you need.
Do I need an admin to set this up?
You need permission to manage company settings. Without it the Job Portals section is hidden entirely, which looks the same as the feature being unavailable.
Can I connect more than one portal at a time?
Yes. Each portal is an independent card with its own connection state and publishing behaviour, and applications from all of them arrive in the same pipeline.
