Yes. Pitch N Hire attaches Microsoft Teams links to interview events, so a remote interview is scheduled and sent out with its joining link in a single step. Teams is covered by the Outlook/Teams connection under Settings β Integrations, which also brings your Microsoft mailbox and calendar into the applicant tracking system.
Remote interviews fail on logistics more often than on scheduling: the slot is agreed, the invite goes out, and the joining link is missing. This page covers where a Teams link is attached in Pitch N Hire, who receives it, and why it sometimes is not there.
As the meeting layer on interview events. When you create an event in the Interview Calendar you can attach a Microsoft Teams link to it, so the interview and its joining details are one object rather than two things a coordinator has to keep together. Teams is not a separate card on the Integrations page β it is part of the Outlook/Teams Integration under Email and Calendars.
During event creation, not afterwards. In Communication β Interview Calendar you click + Create Event, fill in the title, date, time and attendees, and add the Teams link as part of those details before saving. Attaching it at creation is what gets it onto the invite everyone receives.
Yes, provided the link was attached before the event was saved. Both the recruiter and the candidate receive it with the invite, so there is no follow-up message to send and no risk of the candidate arriving without a way in. This is the single practical reason to add the link at creation time rather than editing it in later.
One Microsoft authorization covers three things: sending candidate email from your Outlook mailbox inside Pitch N Hire, syncing your Outlook calendar so interviews stay aligned across tools, and attaching Teams links to events. Connecting is a redirect to Microsoft to grant access, after which the card shows a Connected badge and the connected email address.
Because the link belongs to the event and is not generated after the fact. If an interview goes out without one, the link was not attached before the event was saved. Reopen the event, confirm a Microsoft Teams link is attached, and save again. It is worth checking the event rather than the integration β a missing link almost never means the Microsoft connection has dropped.
