Yes. The Pitch N Hire careers page has a Google Analytics integration: paste your Measurement ID into Site Settings and the careers site reports into your own Analytics property. You can then follow candidates from first visit through to submitted application, and see which traffic sources actually produce applicants.
Careers pages are usually the least measured page in a hiring funnel, which is why so many teams cannot say where their applicants come from. This integration is a single field, and it is the difference between guessing at that and knowing.
How candidates interact with your careers page, from visits through to job applications. That gives you traffic sources, on-page behaviour and conversion performance for the careers site specifically β so job advertising spend can be judged on applicants produced rather than on clicks delivered.
A Google Analytics Measurement ID, in the G-XXXXXXXXXX format. You paste it into the Google Analytics Integration field and click Save. The settings panel includes a link pointing to where that ID lives in your Analytics account, so you do not have to hunt for it if you rarely open Analytics.
Into your own Google Analytics property β the one that owns the Measurement ID you paste in. This is your measurement, in your account, under your retention and access rules, and you can report on the careers site alongside the rest of your web presence rather than in a separate dashboard.
Because it is where sourcing spend turns into applicants or fails to. Without measurement, a job board and an employer-brand campaign look identical β both produce visits. With it you can see which sources send people who actually apply, and stop paying for the ones that send traffic which bounces at the job description.
In the Careers Page builder under Site Settings, in the Integrations and Tracking group. It shares that group with the careers site API Key and the iframe and script embeds, which do a different job β Analytics measures the careers site, while the key and embeds connect or republish its content elsewhere.
