Yes. Every Pitch N Hire careers site has its own API Key plus two ready-made embeds: an iframe snippet that drops the full careers page into another website, and a script snippet that embeds only your job listings. Both live under Careers Page β Site Settings, and embedded listings stay in sync automatically.
This is the documented programmatic surface of Pitch N Hire β the part a developer can pick up and use today. It matters most when your main marketing site is built elsewhere and you want live openings on it without anyone copying roles across by hand.
It identifies your careers site so it can be connected to external tools or custom integrations, and it is carried inside the embed snippets Pitch N Hire generates for you. You copy it with the copy icon in the Integrations and Embed block of Site Settings. Treat it like any other key: it identifies your site to whatever is consuming it.
Scope. The iframe code embeds your entire careers page β it points at your hosted careers URL and is sized to full width and height, so the host page becomes a frame around the careers site you already designed. The script embed is narrower and usually more useful: it places just your job listings into an existing page, letting them sit inside your own layout rather than inside a box.
Three things, before you copy it. Jobs per page controls how many openings show at once. Theme switches the listings between light and dark so they match the host site. Primary colour sets the accent, chosen from a colour picker. The snippet updates live as you change these, and the generated tag carries your API key along with attributes for the page size, theme and primary colour.
The old key stops working immediately. Regeneration exists for rotation β if a key is exposed, or you simply want to cycle it β but it invalidates the previous key, so anything using it must be updated. That explicitly includes iframe and script embeds you have already pasted onto other sites, which will otherwise be left pointing at a dead key. Rotate deliberately, and know where your snippets live before you do.
Yes. The point of the embed is that you paste it once and the listings stay in sync as your openings change β you are not re-copying a snippet each time a role opens or closes. Note that careers site management is a plan feature, so if Save shows an upgrade message your current plan does not include it.
