Pitch N Hire Automation & Webhooks
Pitch N Hire automates hiring events through built-in settings rather than a documented webhook console. Email Triggers, notification rules, Resume Intake's automatic inbox scanning and auto-publishing to job portals all run without code. A configurable inbound and outbound webhook interface is not part of the public documentation, so scope that with us before designing around it.
The useful question is rarely whether a product has webhooks — it is which parts of your process stop needing a human. This page covers the automation that is documented and working today, and is straight about where the boundary sits.
What event automation is documented today?
Four things, all configured from settings. Email Triggers automate candidate email on hiring events. Notifications fire per event, in-app or by email, with a lead time in minutes controlling how early reminders arrive. Resume Intake scans a connected inbox periodically and parses what it finds. And auto-publishing pushes new jobs to OnJob.io and Palify without a per-role publish step.
Are configurable webhooks part of the documented product?
A configurable inbound and outbound webhook interface is not described in the public documentation, and the Settings hub does not document a webhooks or developer panel. We would rather state that than have an engineering team design an integration around an event list that was never published. If you need events pushed into your own systems, raise it as a requirement and you will get a straight answer.
What runs automatically with no setup at all?
Resume parsing behaviour is consistent whether a resume arrives by inbox, spreadsheet or PDF upload, so records do not need reconciling by source. Applications from every connected job portal land in the same pipeline. Interview events sync to your connected calendar and carry their own meeting link. None of that needs configuring beyond making the connection itself.
How do you automate a flow into another system?
Start by naming the trigger and the destination — what happens in Pitch N Hire, and what should happen elsewhere as a result. Many requests turn out to be covered already: a candidate reaching your Talent Pool from a shared inbox, a role reaching several boards at once, a reminder arriving before an interview. For anything genuinely outbound, contact us with the trigger and the destination.
Why doesn't this page list webhook events?
Because publishing an event list we cannot point to in the documentation would be a claim, not a capability. A prospective buyer who finds that out during implementation is right to doubt everything else on the site. Tell us the trigger and the destination, and you will get an honest answer about what is available on your plan.
How to set it up
- Open Settings → Email Triggers under Workspace to automate candidate email on hiring events.
- Open Settings → Notifications to choose which events notify you, in-app or by email, and how many minutes ahead reminders fire.
- Turn on Automatic scanning in Resume Intake, and Auto Publish Jobs on the OnJob.io and Palify cards, so intake and distribution run without manual steps.
- If you need events pushed to an external system, contact us with the trigger and the destination so we can confirm what is possible on your plan.
