Does Pitch N Hire integrate with LinkedIn?

By linking your LinkedIn Company ID to your Pitch N Hire account, so jobs can be posted to and managed from your LinkedIn page. You open the LinkedIn card in the Job Portals section of Settings → Integrations, enter the numeric Company ID and save; the Connect button stays disabled until an ID is present. Once connected the card shows a Connected badge. There is a second half on LinkedIn's side: from the end of March 2026, a company page admin creating a new page or posting a basic job for the first time must switch on Enable basic job posting under Settings → Job Postings, click + Connect ATS and select Pitch N Hire.

On your LinkedIn Company Page, click the employee count — the '51-200 employees' style link. That opens a people search page whose browser URL contains a currentCompany parameter with a number inside quotation marks, and that number is your Company ID. It is numeric and usually six to nine digits long. The connect dialog in Pitch N Hire repeats these steps inline, so you do not need to leave the screen to look them up.

Expect a wait rather than an instant listing, and neither delay means the connection has failed. After the integration is connected it can take up to two business days for roles to be posted as Basic Jobs, and roughly 24 hours for LinkedIn to reflect updated feed changes. If Pitch N Hire is not showing in LinkedIn's + Connect ATS dropdown, the integration has not synced yet — complete the connection in Pitch N Hire first and check again after about a day.

Yes. Settings → Integrations has a Google Meet/Calendar card and an Outlook/Teams card under Email and Calendars. Connecting either authorises Pitch N Hire with that provider so you can send candidate email from the mailbox inside the applicant tracking system, and the card then shows a Connected badge with the connected address. Disconnect on the card revokes it, which also removes email and calendar features for that account.

The same Google or Microsoft connection syncs your calendar, and that calendar connection is what powers interview scheduling and event invites — without it the Interview Calendar has nothing to sync against. You create interviews from Communication → Interview Calendar, switching between month, week, day and agenda views, and you can attach a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link while entering the event details. Attach the link at creation and both recruiter and candidate receive it with the invite.

Four portals are documented, all in the same Job Portals section: LinkedIn, Foundit (formerly Monster India), OnJob.io and Palify. The effort differs considerably — Palify connects in one click with auto-publishing already on, OnJob.io uses an Auto Publish Jobs toggle, LinkedIn needs your Company ID, and Foundit asks for employer credentials plus a Corporation ID, Recruiter ID and API Key. The section is only visible to users who can manage company settings.

Not as a documented integration — Slack does not appear in Pitch N Hire's integration documentation, and we would rather say so than let you plan around a connector that may not exist. Notifications are handled in-app and by email instead: Settings → Notifications groups events and gives each one its own in-app and email toggle, plus a reminder lead time in minutes controlling how early it fires. If Slack delivery specifically matters to your team, raise it with us rather than assuming it.

There is no public REST API reference published on the documentation site. What is documented is the careers site: it carries its own API Key for connecting to external tools, plus an iframe embed for the whole careers page and a script embed for just your job listings, which stay in sync once pasted. If you need a data flow beyond that, describe which systems are involved and which direction the data travels, and you will get a straight answer instead of a pointer to documentation that does not exist.
