  3. Basic computer knowledge. Intermediate at browsing the internet, typing skills, receiving and sending out emails, and expert at MS-Office.
  4. Answer to regular calls and also show patience at providing queries

  6. In cases of non-vocal BPO jobs, recruiters ask for degrees like B.COM and B.TECH as intermediate requirements to make the person deal with matters regarding sales, accounting, human resources, purchasing, finance, etc.

  • Medical business process outsourcing: Hospitals, nursing homes, medical practicing institutions, and others connect with business processes like medical transcription, billing, and coding.
  • Other types of BPO jobs: Sometimes, BPOs require employees who are fluent in more than one language, can translate languages and search evaluation. The paycheck of the job will be determined by your workload and skills.
